Logistics Associate

At Supreme Orthopedics, we exist to help our surgeons treat their patients better. As a key part of our Operations Team,
this role plays a vital part in managing the lifecycle of inventory and logistics—ensuring our field teams are equipped, efficient, and empowered to serve their surgeons at the highest level.
Operations Specialist will lead and support daily operational functions including inventory procurement, warehouse organization, product distribution, and surgical case readiness. This position also oversees critical programs such as our equipment loaner process and internal billing/tracking platform (Redspot). Success in this role means maintaining strong organizational systems, solving problems in real-time, and continuously improving how we support our sales force
and their surgeons.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Audit and prepare surgical trays and sterile implant bins to ensure accuracy, completeness, and readiness for
orthopedic procedures
• Oversee procurement and delivery of Arthrex products to Supreme’s sales team
• Manage the logistics and administration of our loaner equipment program
• Maintain and improve Redspot, our internal inventory management and billing system
• Assist in bi-annual inventory spot counts and ongoing quality control
Key Expectations:
• Serve as a liaison with Arthrex departments (Customer Service, Field Ops, Finance) and logistics partners like FedEx
• Respond quickly to sales team requests and troubleshoot inventory/logistics issues
• Participate in projects across logistics, finance, and process improvement as needed Key Expectations:

Work Environment:
• Primarily based in Falls Church, VA
• Some travel required for national conferences
